Located on Eastman Lake in the Fall River Valley, The Lake House is nestled on three and a half acres of private, secluded lakefront property offering guest suites in beautiful natural surroundings. The Lake House offers a memorable place to stay for couples, families, singles and business groups with first class service, superb accommodations and a variety of seasonal activities to suit any of your needs. In addition, The Lake House can provide guests with meal preparation or simply stock the kitchen with all your favorite food & beverages. Enjoy all the activities that are offered in this wonderful area from fly-fishing, hiking, biking, birding and kayaking to simply doing nothing at all but decompressing from the stresses of life.

The Fishing:

Fall River's reputation among fly fishermen ranks with the famed Silver Creek, Letort, Henry's Fork, Hat Creek and Nelson's. Nowhere is the opportunity for hooking large trout on dry flies any greater than on the Fall River.

There is a large variety of insect hatches on the Fall River, including mayfly, caddis, and stonefly. The native Rainbow Trout, up to 24" in length, rise aggressively to various patterns, while large native Brown Trout are more commonly taken on wet flies.

Also close by are the Pitt River, McCloud River, Hat Creek, and Baum Lake.

The Accommodations:

The main house offers a large great room with fireplace, lake view, and lakefront deck access for relaxing as well as entertaining. Enjoy our large dining room with fireplace and lake view along with a fully equipped gourmet kitchen. Or have a seat on our spacious lake front deck to enjoy the beauty of the 3.5 acres of terraced gardens and casting lawn that surrounds you.

Our on-site boat house, dock, and launch ramp give you quick and easy access to Eastman Lake and the Fall River.

In our main house we have 2 guest rooms each with private bath and private entrances along with the fabulous lake view. Additionally, there is a guest house which offers an oversized bedroom with private bath and a fully equipped kitchen and living/dining room.

Not a fly-fisher? How about taking a hike, riding a bike, paddling a kayak, or simply sitting back and enjoy some bird watching?
