Pine Creek Cabin - Paradise Valley, Montana

The Pine Creek Cabin sets on 5 private acres in Paradise Valley, MT. The cabin is roughly 10 miles south of Livingston and 40 miles from the north entrance to Yellow Stone National Park – one of the worlds most famous fly fishing destination. It is new construction and fully furnished. The cabin has beautiful new carpet and slate floors. The cabin has fantastic views in all directions. The Yellowstone River view is in the distance. There is a great little country store with restaurant witnin walking distance. The setting is spectacular.

The Accommodations:

The Pine Creek Cabin has a completely furnished kitchen with all electric appliances and heating. The wood-burning stove keeps the cabin cozy all year round. The cabin is furnished with antiques and has a beautiful piano to play. The cabin is equipped with TV and DVD player. The full bath features a tub with shower. All towels and beddings are furnished. There are plenty of outside hooks for hanging waders after a long day on the stream. The one bedroom has a queen size bed and 2 futons. The cabin comfortably sleeps up to four.

The Fishing:

The cabin is located 5-10 minutes from the famous spring Creeks: Armstrong, DePuys and Nelson Creeks. The Yellowstone River is ˝ mile away. There are other numerous rivers very close- by – the Gallatin, Missouri to name a few. There are several great fly shops in the area and many great guide services.

Activities and Attractions:

The Pine Creek Cabin is located 40 miles north of Yellowstone Park and 10 miles south of Livingston, MT. The cabin is located in the heart of fly-fishing heaven. The “River Runs Through It” was filmed nearby. There is abundant fly fishing, hiking, boating and horse back riding close to the cabin. There are wonderful restaurants and shopping in Livingston - a 15 minute drive. The famous "Chico Hot Spring Resort" is located within 20 minute drive. Bozeman airport is 45 minute drive.

Rental Rates:

The rental rate is $135.00 per night with a three night minimum.

The weekly (7 nights) rental rate is $900.00.

A 50% deposit and a $100.00 security deposit is required to secure reservation.

Refund of the 50% deposit will be given for a 10 day cancellation notice.

The security deposit will be returned for cancellation and/or within 7 days of departure, providing no damages to the property has occurred.
